What can I expect from the shoot process?

1. Meeting

We begin with an introduction to your brand and creative goals, followed by a tailored quotation draft.

2. Pre Production

Once the moodboard is approved, we proceed with all necessary bookings, including photography, models, and studio production arrangements.

3. Product Delivery

Products should be delivered to us in advance. Upon receipt, we will securely store them and manage delivery to the shoot location on the day of production.

4. Production

We oversee the full creative production, ensuring all agreed standards are met. Live communication is maintained for quick feedback and approvals throughout the shoot.

5. Post-Production

Final media delivery is typically completed within 10 days.

Can I request revisions to the moodboard before production?

Yes. We work closely as an extension of your team, offering unlimited moodboard revisions prior to production to ensure the creative direction is fully aligned.

Do you shoot internationally or only locally?

We work with both local and international labels and can accommodate productions across different locations.

Can I customise a package or book individual services?
Can I bring my own team (model, photographer, stylist)?

All necessary services are detailed in your quotation. Our packages are designed to deliver a seamless, end-to-end experience, however services can be adjusted to suit your needs, including the option to book your own model or photographer.

How long does a typical shoot take?

Shoots are booked as either a half day (5 hours) or a full day (9 hours), depending on the number of looks, products, and deliverables. One hour of hair and makeup is included within the booked time.

Can I attend the shoot or join remotely?

Absolutely. You’re welcome to attend the shoot in person or join remotely for live feedback and approvals.

Do you require a deposit in advance?

Yes. A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure all talent and studio bookings and confirm your production date.

Do you also produce pop-up events?

Yes. We manage pop-ups from concept to completion, including build, execution, and tear-down for global brands looking to test and enter the South Korean market.
